Badges are earned by uploading real documentation: vet report (Vet Visit badge), movement video (Video badge), X-rays (X-ray badge). Listings with badges receive more enquiries and allow higher monthly fees.

HorseRent does not manage payments between parties. We recommend clearly defining conditions in a written contract and receiving fees by traceable bank transfer before handing over the horse.

Yes, you can edit or remove your listing at any time from your profile.

No. HorseRent earns only from listing plans and boosts. No commission on transactions between owner and renter.

You can browse listings without registering. To send a message to an owner you need to provide your name and email (no account needed).

Look for listings with quality badges: Vet Visit, Video and X-rays are the most important. We always recommend visiting the horse in person before signing any agreement.

Yes, use the ❤️ heart on any listing to save it to your Favourites list, accessible from the top menu.

Yes, every listing has a "Share on WhatsApp" button to send it directly to your contacts.

It's a formula where the horse is rented for a defined period (e.g. 12 months). A percentage of the monthly fee paid is deducted from the final purchase price. At the end, the renter can choose to buy the horse at the reduced price or return it.

The percentage is set by the owner in the listing (typically between 30% and 50% of total paid). Example: 12 months × €500 = €6,000 paid. If 50% is deducted, the renter saves €3,000 on the purchase price.

Yes, fees paid are not refunded if you opt out — they're the cost of using the horse during the period. However, there are no additional penalties.

Absolutely yes. HorseRent provides a guidance template, but we recommend having it drawn up or reviewed by a lawyer, especially for significant amounts.

It's a private channel for those who don't want to post a public listing. You send the horse's details directly to the AJ Sport Horses team, who evaluates whether to buy it or find a renter through their network. No data is ever published online.

The AJ Sport Horses team commits to replying within 48 working hours of receiving the proposal.
